Intelligent Files is a clever utility that allows you to view and set permissions, groups, and owners to files or entire hierarchies of folders and files.
You can simply drag and drop a file onto the palette to see it's current settings. You can also record the permissions of a file into the settings register with the click of a mouse and apply them to other files. Choose your group from a complete list of qualified groups for your system in a pull down menu and select the owner in another pull down menu.
Excellent for changing the access to system files so you can edit the file and then change it back. An essential tool for all you system dabblers, especially if you run your own server or mail server.
